Extremely flexible with 32 spindles and modular machining centers until 5 axes

The machinery is projected for machining of complex pieces which need to be worked in only one phase and which need also 5-axes machining.

Work cube: 250x250x200 mm, the cube can be worked on 5 faces, in any direction.

The flexibility and the versatility of the machinery make it usable in different sectors such as: automotive, hydrosanitary, thermotechnic, oil-hydraulics etc.
Among the standard Picchi modules are installed:

Rotary vices, which are all independent and programmable
Multi-spindle machining center, 3 spindles version
4-axes multi-spindle machining center + 5° axis on rotary vice
High performance torque table
